Due to hygiene reasons, our products are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Wrong items received
  • Expired products received

Ineligible for Refund or Replacement:

  • Tampered products
  • Missing invoice copies
  • Tampered batch numbers, manufacturing dates, or MRPs
  • Products without original packaging
  • Queries raised beyond 24 hours of receiving the product
  • Allergic reactions – We recommend a patch test before full use and thoroughly reviewing ingredient lists on our product pages before placing an order.
